CoSocial doesn't offer a new form of communication - instead, we use existing services to help you communicate with the people you need to. A few are E-mail, Facebook, Twitter, MySpace, LinkedIn, Google Wave, and many more.
Pull in all your contacts from everywhere and combine all the contact methods you have for a person, then push your updates back out to a multitude of places like Google Contacts, iPhoto Contacts, LinkedIn, Outlook, or sync it all on your mobile device. Search through, or share your contacts with colleagues to make collaborating even simplier.
Invite colleagues to join your service account to work as a team to represent your company on the front line of marketing presence or customer support. You can restrict access to certain features on the account with different permission levels to ensure they can only do what you want them to.
Share the responsibility of being on duty and keep track of who is on CoSocial and who isn't. Get e-mail notifications when new entries are received. Know who else is on duty when assigning tasks so that high priority tasks will go to someone who is already online.
Share contact information from your own contacts with colleagues about clients to let them know about new e-mails, phone numbers, and addresses without having the hassle of everyone on your team manually updating their own contacts. You can even have it sync automatically with your team if you all choose to do so.
Turn any message into a task or create a new task, you can optionally assign it to one of your colleagues and they'll be notified. When you receive a message in a different language, CoSocial will automatically translate the message to a language of your preference. We don't delete the original so if we mess up, you can try to translate the message another way.
If you want to protect your data beyond what CoSocial does for you, you can easily download backups or send backups of your data to remote servers (FTP or an Amazon S3 Account) periodically.

Add your Google Voice or Skype account to have your phone call history show up. You can also listen to past phone calls and voicemails, make phone calls, and send text messages through supported services.

CoSocial will automatically scan new messages for dates to let you quickly add any mentioned date to your calendar with the details mentioned.
